I completely agree, plus low BRs shouldn’t be able to participate in events.

What is this holy war against “sweats”?!
I don’t even know what some of these twits are talking about sometimes. I mean, apart from the occasional weirdos. Most I know just play it how it is. I barely see sweats a dime a dozen. So, I agree with Conscript in that don’t put us all in the same bus.

Isn’t that too cruel for new players, when the rewards are sweet event squads? 
I’d agree if it were just “ladder” events like those we had in the past, that gave medals… and I never took part in anyways.
But since the events we have now are only about xp gain… why lock them?

It depends.
Very often squads are at least BR3 with some exceptions. (Even current APCs “are” BR3, since they came with BR3 weapons).
Most of them would just entice new players to play higher BR than they actually have lineups for.
And tbh, getting to BR3 can take ± a week if you play a few hours every day.
It’s not about punishing newbies, it’s about making seal clubbing less attractive to players who are going to grind every event and thus are pretty hardcore.
Btw. When I was newbie. Events were so well hidden and confusing, I missed like 2 of them (= i didn’t claim rewards).

Mmmh I see your point. However I’m against preventing new players, from obtaining things.
Maybe just lock the unlocked events squads, UNTIL the corresponding br, is unlocked?
Like in WT, in Enlisted you must unlock a certain number of br 2 stuff, before having acces to br 3?

WT is preventing newbies/low BRs to do events.
Vet that doesnt use any of that at BR 2

The first thing I did when merge dropped was buying premium paras and put pps42 on them.

I cant blame you for working the system.
I didnt buy the paras, but I do have the event paras at BR 2 so…
But to be honest, I didn’t enjoy it for very long xD I stopped playing them long before they removed the RD-44 and pfaust 100 from their box on BR2

As for me, low level is too slow for me. Im allready used to 5 lvl. Assault rifles, big tanks and fast planes
These kinds of veterans are the ones who make me lose matches… winning is everything.
I wish the game supported this a bit more than it does currently.

Well, yes, you can. But the thing is, most people won’t bother.
Literally any system can be workarounded in some way.
Besides penalty on xp/silver is pointless if you have everything and your xp is banked at close to million xp
Then why do you care if such change would be so irrelevant?
Because it would be a waste of time for the dev team better focus on fixing bugs, new features and making maps and ui better.
