Add 100 experience, for killing a player not bot. Call it Commander kill or something.
Add passive experience for holding points. +15 for every 3 seconds or something like that.
Add experience points for every soldiers using smoke grenades or smoke artillery as cover. This can be calculated just like when a hit maker shows when enemy ai passes through phosphorus grenades. Add points for proving cover.
Boost Engineer building support bonus. Add passive bonus experience each time enemy is in the barb wire. Add passive experience when team uses defense structures, can be calculated if team is using it for cover, sandbags those metal bar things etc.
Add assist experience points when artillery or fire is direct towards your pings, on tanks, infantry etc. this will encourage more pings.
Add a passive defensive or passive escort experience points when tanks escort infantry to a point or defend infantry in close proximity. This will encourage tank support since it is not encourage by the disqualification for vehicles to capture points.

We should have to grind only half of the xp of an already unlocked
Thompson first unlock 120.000xp
Thompson second and other unlock 60.000xp

This will just result eveyrbody gathering in point densly. Bombs and tanks will shred them and front will collapse without covering flanks. Not covering flanks is big current issue in game. Majority Players just attack frontally or gather in points already.

Another easily abuseable feature

Do you have any idea how many barbed wires and sandbangs you encounter in chokepoints ? So you want to encourage even more spams ?

This will not work in urban maps. Tanks are not for close range skirmishes. That is the duty of infantry. Tanks job is supporting infantry from distant or breaking enemy defence hardpoints with its fire power also from distant. The role you demand from vehicles from 1930s-40s is just ridiculous. Considering that Even in modern times urban warfare tank class is very new invention( 21th century).
Tanks not supporting infantry is not the problem, its reverse actually. Infantry doesnt give a damn to cover tanks even the nearby ones.
XP for planting or disarming the bomb in Destruction
Snipers should get bonus XP for killing specialist troops: MG gunners, radios, Flametroopers, AT guys, mortars, engineers, and other snipers.

I like your ideas except for 2.
- Smoke grenades. I use them different, and most everyone I know do too. We throw them just past where we need to go, we never pass through them. Also, it would cause smoke spam, and that’s REALLY not good.
- The pings. I get your concept, but the problem is you never know what someone is pinging as is unless it’s a tank or special structure. In addition, spam would be a thing. It’s already hard enough for mortars and aircraft to know which pings to hit.
I agree and disagree with you at the same time. The thing is, if you have competent teammates, there may become some spam. HOWEVER, in most of the games I’ve played, this is not the case. Whether it’s teammates that only build ammo boxes with engineers, don’t know how to place or use rally points, use cover, they break barbwire and sandbags no matter what side they are on etc. Let’s also not forget the teammates that stand outside objectives just so they can farm kills as attackers. This happens very frequently and often results in losses. If you get points for being in objectives, it would solve the issue.
