Excessive imbalance

Just like my Rifle round :stuck_out_tongue:

You know you can have 12 shots with a RNM50 with a large ammo bag? Also slap fast reload on top of it you get the peak grenade spammer

Body armor gives you a flat 10% damage reduction, regardless of what caliber round you are using. It prevents downing in one shot with semis, which is a huge balance issue when only ONE FACTION can do that

I know what it does. I was just having some fun, because body armor, vitality?

the bolt action does not care :stuck_out_tongue:

It matters when there is a whole squad of those guys to face at close range. Bolt actions cannot clear houses with the same efficiency as an smg or any other weapon that has semi or fully automatic fire. Don’t try to downplay the effectiveness of body armor because you are using purely bolt actions. I presume that you are not doing that anyway.

you are right, I use smgs too… But I aim for the head.

germany will no doubt get their own chest armor soon enough

Just aim for the head?! Wow, why didn’t I think of that

That’s what I was about to answer, damnit :stuck_out_tongue:

Armour is meaningless in Berlin, due to the sheer amount of high caliber lead flying around…

Or a mere, single, Lebel round…

This is disengenious, someone can run around with federovs and body armor and not be downed by an fg42 shot, but germans cannot do the same against federov or avt?

The germans made their own copies of the soviet body armor for ss assault squads

The cuteness of this nonsense is a protection in itself.

You just said you weren’t worried about it.

So, aside from the fact that there is no stability in any faction, what exactly is bad for the Axis? They have 3 para squads (Soviets have 0), they will be able to take 3 different ARs (and snipers) the Kiralys, MP717, Mondragons, Bredas/other nice Italian guns, a whole bunch of Tigers, G43/G43 Kurz, MG34 with 75rd drum, MG15, their whole arsenal of attack planes, FG42s on every soldier, WP grenades (Soviets also don’t have), shall I go on?

The Axis are far from having a hard time. I can’t wait for the merge so I can start playing with their toys in other campaigns.

I’m just impressed humanity got to this…

From masterpieces such as this:

I know about cost/efficiency, but man

I’d wear Brewster armor even if it looked twice as silly. The visor sections needs a redesign but it would be great to wear in a frontline garrison situation, as long as you weren’t expected to counterattack.

Classic degeneration.

A better example is the buildings that are being built nowadays vs 100 years back

True…

Was thinking that last time I entered a cathedral church… looking at this architecture, oh, how humanity have fallen…

It is because metallurgy for armor did not keep pace with the penetration of bullets. The thickness of armor is mostly impractical using steel only for infantry. Exoskeletons will compensate for this, as long as the power source is there.

Dude. Everyone is aware, it’s exactly what we said :stuck_out_tongue:

Humanity fell, artistically speaking. I’m also comparing a XIII century full plate to a XX century one. In 700 years, I’m CERTAIN we could have come with something a lil better.

he doesn’t seem to know who he’s talking to

friendly reminder for users: Dont insult as if you were drunker sailors, be knights like those who have armor and a horse.
