Better Rewards overall, higher than in normal games, Rewards with that don’t expire
Hide player’s RATING (stop self entitled players from knowing who they’re fighting with)
Bar repeat quitters/deserters for 20 minutes game time who decide not to stay to the end (give team every chance at winning)
Grow some balls, stay in the fight to the end and go down with your mates 
I’d like to add (and many people will disagree with me) but dont allow people to platoon together for events such as this.
It only creates more lopsided games in an “even” match.
and maybe evenly split high ranks? although it is not measure of skill, it is measure of experience. i have seen games that have all silver members vs almost all marshal team. it is easy MM change for events like this where you are having random teams.

Also, if it’s supposed to be scored based on match length, only play confrontation. I was sick of being stuck in 25m defence games where the enemy team refuses to leave spawn (hell, fix that problem for every mode)
Don’t add a deserter penalty. If my team is retarded then I will refuse to continue the match. Deserter penalties can only be considered after they do something with the lack of MM
