Thats not even as frustrating as dying to a literal bug.
My team were fighting Normandy as if facing the OP laser boss wasn’t bad enough, the final wave of underlings and the boss spawned at the same time. It was great team even though we were all randoms, we had exceptional team play and collected 400 tokens which we couldn’t get. Truely frustrating.

I think someone triggered the totem multiple times, by pressing too many times

A guy did that in our hard mode last night. Triggered all the waves and boss at once…Lucky i was standing at the ammo box trying out the samurai with 2 grenades at the time, the whole dome was packed with spawns

I meant people think they are having their tokens stolen when they get downed.

Doesnt matter who is carrying them, as long as they extract

Oh, right, that makes a lot more sense. And yes, I actually did some talking in match to let the team know to go to the APC all at the same time, and it actually worked - got the most tokens I had since my first or second game.

So, maybe if people spread that around (a sentence or two while in game) it may help down the road. But, yes, it would really help if DF actually included some of these tips WHILE IN GAME, particularly about getting as many to the APC as possible instead of speed running that last leg.
