To me, the tunisia one with the spectres are the worst. The pacific flamethrowing one is moderate. The berlin orb thrower is the easiest. Got a squad finally.
The foliage and trees are extremely annoying there. But the boss itself is probably the easiest one.
For me, from hardest to easiest currently:
- Tunisia boss, the only one I have taken the L against, but I am getting better against him;
- Pacific boss, not that he’s particularly hard, just the map lags so hard for me;
- Normandy boss, is a bit janky, in that he can sometimes hit you even if you’re prone;
- Berlin boss, easy as long as you pay attention to the grenade orbs
- Rzhev boss, lol, lmao even, kite him against haystacks and he can’t hit you.
In my opinion:
Normandy boss: your teammates never get down in time.
Tunisia boss: fireflys are a pain in the ass.
Berlin boss: orbs dodging game.
Pacific boss: just take cover.
Rzhev boss: just dont run in a straight line 
my first boss, I just kept running in circles around the hay and the retard couldnt do anything about XD.

I don’t understand this at all…
It’s literally the only boss you can actively counter, all other bosses needs to be dodged.
probably have ~20 matches and still havent gotten rzhev so wont be commenting on it
tbh all bosses are easy if you played against them and know their mechanic if you dont have brain dead teammates.
well you need to know that you can shoot down the orbs. first 2 times i went against him i thought those orbs will dissipate after evading them for a time considering all other boss rely on dodging…

Same as robihr, first time I thought you just have to dodge them, and they’ll disappear (they don’t), next one was a skill issue with hitting them, but since then I started winning (on an individual scale), though it is still quite dependent on teammates, because his difficulty skyrockets with each teammate down.

in that order i can dodge easily but man the tunisia one if you dont have ammo and 2 guy are down it can be quite hard

Most of the games I lost were either due to people deserting, or people trying to play to way to fast. Not waiting on others, sending the message before people could use their med pack to heal or even reload. I’m not one that cared about how long it took, I just want to win the game.
Tunisia boss depends of the weapons who you have , high magazine like rd44- browning can destroy all the fireflys
yea im usually the one that tried to wait and see if someone a “rat” but i gotta say 3 man team on normal is pretty chill for some reason

Pacific is the easiest for me he is getting bugged and doing nothing but running towards one dude most of the time.

Tunisia is the only one that has any difficulty now - as others have said shooting the sprites can be an issue with team members down and running low on ammo.
Normandy was impossible until some yelled “Duck!” 
Now it’s trivial.

Nan the laser or the berlin one is the easiet because their arena is easy to traverse and their gimmick is fair compared to firefly and the buggy flametrower that the boss can do a 180 with his flame.
The easiest is probably a tie between Lazer guy (Just know that you should go prone) and the Demon that shoots red orbs (Just use the hay piles nearby)
The hardest for me is the firefly guy. I spend the fight shooting blue orbs and trying to not get blown up while I reload.
The flame thrower guy falls in the middle, harder than lazer guy and demon guy but easier than firefly guy.
(I can’t remember at all what the 5th boss is)
ignores Pacific boss
Dodging is much easier if you don’t think about time. With tunisia it 's hard to hit the fireflies(their official name) since when you turn around they explode and don’t give you time to shoot em.
