Hello,

I have a problem with the system to comply with Belgium and other European countries Loot Boxes laws.
I mistakenly pushed the button, “Purchase anyway”, by the way I don’t live in Belgium, and now I will only receive the lowest weapon and soldier grade.

Is there any possible way to solve this issue.

At the moment it rather sounds like a massive luck issue, whats exactly the problem now? Your account is not rigged for buying one lootbox. There is no way to solve bad luck in some cases.

He clicked buy anyway instead of im not from belgium, so now all his purchase are regulated in base of belgium law on gamble, OP asked a way to revert this

Now makes sense. Only way to revert it is to Email support. Maybe they can help. Or switch ISP Adress or change location in your gaijin account. @118761001

That’s so stupid.
Why not to give everything in cycles - you get 1-star first, than 2, 3, 4, 5 and than 1 again.

Because they unfortunately have no obligation to compensate players for the restrictive laws of their own country…

I personally hate gambling aspects in gaming, but I can understand why they would not go out of their way to give special treatment to one region.
