I added the modern war event profile but I can’t spawn abrams, does anyone know how to solve it?

You can’t, because tanks are removed from the game.
So… Use bot profiles on player profile…
Also… I don’t recommend do big maps with this profile…
Because in latest update devs removed engineer tools/hammers from modern conflict & unknown war events.
+In latest update… Maybe they disabled pickup engineer hammer for all classes.
