i’m not sure if this a bug, or if my computer just decide to rebel against me again, or if my ISP is jobbing even harder. But i’m currently facing this tiny error message on top left of my screen when the match is loaded. i am alone, but can’t do anything. if i wait and lucky enough, i get to finally play a few minutes after everyone else. i usually desert tho.
so, uh, my question is, what do i do to reduce this issue?
The reason being that some time ago they changed it to where we dont handle bug reports on the forum and so I wouldn’t be able to link your issue to the ticket.
Also I had forgot to mention prior, but if you can include your client log in the report, that’d be extremely helpful.
If you are not sure where your Client log (.Clog) file is, search where you installed Enlisted:
C:Where you installed game\Enlisted.logs~enlisted
A new .Clog file is created whenever you start a new game session, so be sure to include one where you encountered your issue. Best way is to check is to just look for the one that matches the date you took the screenshot.
I appreciate you following up, and I have the ticket prepared already to submit once a report is made.
In this case its fine, I had meant to take the screenshot part off the message , usually thats for when we need to find the position of a place on the map since you can get the position cords from the screenshot.
But just wanted to thank you again, I appreciate the effort to get that to us, and I’ll be sure to submit that by the end of the day
