Equipment treaty of the next major update (or afterwards)

This is a list of things every faction would get to better combat eachother, and should implemented,if agreed upon,in the same update or two.the choices here rely on the others to be added (for example, better german and japanese high BR planes, since ground would be close with the super pershing, air should get balanced)

Japan

The faction that needs the most, many additions are going here compared to the rest

Ki-43-II,BR1 fighter
A fighter at BR1 armed with two 12.7mms,with provisions for 100 or 60kg bombs, this would give japan an air spawn at low BR,which is the primary reason for suggestion

Chi-Ri II,BR4 tank
A tank at BR4 to preform like a panther/76 sherman, this tank has worse armour values compared to those, but has a unique autoloader like system to increase reload speed, and has a 37mm in the hull, which admittedly would be almost useless

Ki 43 III otsu,BR3 fighter
essentially an air spawn zero with more 20mm ammo but no 7.7mms,but 100kg bombs

A6M5 hei,BR4 fighter
Pretty similar to the AP4c in both guns and rockets (although you get 2 more,I think they are slightly weaker, but dont hold me to that)

N1K2 Ja,BR5 fighter
Similar to the plane above without the 13mms,but gets two large Type 5 No. 6 Mod.9 rockets

experimental 9cm type 4 conversion,BR3 AT
improved version of the type 4 with 120mms of penetration.

type 97 AT rifle with experimental Ji Te Dan,BR 5 AT
experimental grenade thing on the type 97 AT rifle with 250mms of penetration.

type 2a 6.5x30mm,BR 5 AR
something so that japan can finally get the assault engineers, otherwise a decent assaulter weapon to fill the void in BR5

US

Sterling/patchett SMG,BR2 SMG
one look at this and you can see the base of a nostalgic weapon from most of your childhoods, the E11.it was made in small numbers and had limited use near the end of WW2 under the name of the Patchett submachine gun.

M1 carbine late,BR3 SA
something that would preform like the VG 1-5 by simply giving it the 30 round magazine on the M2 carbine, which was interchangeable

Super pershing,BR5 tank
this one is kind of a given, they teased this thing forever ago,and would be a KT equivalent.

M20 bazooka,BR5 AT
gives an AT weapon with somewhere like 260-270mms of pen (I forgot the number, somewhere around there though)

M1944 Hyde carbine,BR5 AR
30 rounds, around 600 RPM gun in .30 carbine, something the assault engineers can get

Germany

StuH 42G,BR3 SPG
germany lacks a high caliber infantry support vehicle like the sherman 105 or Chi-ha short, and this would be the closest thing to either of those. It would be inferior to these 2 in a few aspects, most notably having no turret and MG,two quite necessary things in an infantry based game,so it could get a few HEAT shells as compensation for overall worse performance.

Suomi KP/-31 SJR 50 round casket magazine,BR4 SMG
A nice SMG for BR4 to give something for that space other then the underperforming Beretta M38 40 rounds that can combat the PPD 34/38 at the same BR. (the model on the bottom has the one I was talking about)

MG15 n.A,BR5 MG
a WW1 MG with 600 RPM and a 100 round belt (something Germany has been ask for for ages).I chose this gun because it is the most likely to be “OK” with most people.

Do 335 B2,BR5 attacker
a super prop plane armed with high penetration 30mm cannons and 20mms for guns and 2x 250kg bombs and a 500kg (which is in a bomb bay interestingly,so it won’t negatively affect performance).while it would have pretty good overall preformance, the P47 would still win in pure infantry killing and I’m pretty sure turning,so this would be a nice counter to it.

Re.2005 serie 0,BR5 fighter
an improvement over the G.55 in game by trading two of the 12.7mms for 20mms.this could have an armament of two 100kg bombs and a 250kg bomb or a 500kg bomb, however this is unlikely.

USSR

I can’t really think of much that the USSR really needs as of now, since they cover everything pretty well.

KV85,BR4 tank
an IS1 turret slapped onto a KV1 hull with more armour.

IL 2 1942,BR2 attacker
trades the rockets on the 1941 for improved 27mm cannons and four 100kg bombs instead of 50kgs

It was never used in WW2, M9 got buffed to pen 127mm of armor and it’s all you will get unless we turn game into a Korean war game at BR5, or if we also give Murricans Panzerfausts.

MG15 is pretty boring i would rather get MG42 with belt fed (even if in limited quantities) and instead of MG15 give us MG14 Parabellum it also has 100 rounds but also optional scope like that one JP lmg

We’ve been asking it for a year and DF still doesn’t seem to care about adding American or Japanese AR engineers to the game. Other option would be

good work mostly only,
-----------------------------no Chi-ri II For anyone
There were also plans for a Type 5 Chi-Ri II , to be diesel powered and using the Type 5 75 mm tank gun as its main armament.[[11]](Type 5 Chi-Ri medium tank - Wikipedia
------------------------its just the Chi-Ri
The Type 5 medium tank Chi-Ri (äș”ćŒäžæˆŠè»Š チăƒȘ, Go-shiki chusensha Chi-ri) (“Imperial Year 2605 Medium Tank Model 9”) was a medium tank developed by the Imperial Japanese Army in World War II. It was intended to be a heavier, more powerful version of Japan’s prototype Type 4 Chi-To medium tank. Only one incomplete prototype was built.
------------------------Better than 37MM not good but better
The Type 5 Chi-Ri had welded armor, with a maximum thickness of 75 mm at the front hull; 25–50 mm on the side; 50 mm on the rear and 50 mm on the turret.[3
-------------------M4 SO YEAH BETTER THAN THE cHI-rI
The turret armor ranged from 25.4 mm (1.00 in) to 76.2 mm (3.00 in) thick.[104]
The Sherman’s glacis plate was originally 50.8 mm (2.00 in) thick.[104][106] and angled at 56 degrees from the vertical, providing an effective thickness of 90.8 mm (3.57 in).
------------------We dont talk about German cats
The front hull had 80 mm (3.1 in) of armour angled at 55 degrees from the vertical, welded but also interlocked with the side and bottom plates for strength. The armour for the side hull and superstructure (the side sponsons) was much thinner at 40–50 mm (1.6–2.0 in). The thinner side armour was necessary to reduce the weight, but made the Panther vulnerable to hits from the side by all Allied tank and anti-tank guns

So its less armor thickness and more armor slope which looks poor on the Chi-Ri

in conclusion no Chi-ri II only Chi-Ri which is everything you listed

Fantastic choices! These are the kind of major updates which Enlisted used to have in '22, '23. I am very much disappointed by the severe lack of content especially when it comes to the infantry in-game. This particularly seems to be the case for the past few updates. Hopefully, the developers will take some of this into account while coming up with the next major update in January/February 2025.

Now that I think about it I would really like to see the M2 Carbine with the Weaver scope as a BR V select-fire sniper rifle in-game.

However, then the Japanese should also get the scoped version of the Type Hei Automatic Rifle as well. It seems to be have a groove on the side of the gun where you can mount a scope.

btw, the m1 carbine was not designed to handle the size/weight of 30 round magazines

Why not give him a 2 - 250 kg bomb? IAR 81 and P 40 for example already have a similar bomb load.

It’s not really necessary, but maybe it could be a moderately fun reward for the event. The only thing that confuses me is that as far as I know the rockets that we can see on the plane were designed to hit enemy air forces, not ground forces, it would look a bit silly in the game.

Actually we know very little about this weapon, I think that Type 4 (90) is enough to fight against American, and in the future Soviet tanks.

I would actually like to see just a Thompson machine pistol with a 20 round magazine, the Thompson looks really good for the pumping branch considering there aren’t many American weapons on 2 BR, it’s mostly Anguian.

I think an M2 Carbine that actually fought in WWII might look better for the role.

Actually it is too strong airplane, it can destroy all tanks with cannons and infantry with the help of large bomb load without any problem.

Why? Germany has more than enough good aviation for 5 BR.

Hahahahah

Is this a joke?

A little too good for BR I, it would be better at BR II.

Instead we can have Ki-27 with 4×50kg bombs at BR I.

Id like this to take the place of the M2 and relocate the M2 at the end of the SMG line.

You used to be able to carry this load in WT, I have no clue why they removed it

In fact, the T 20 with a scope is better suited for this role. Perhaps if we read the M2 Carbine and the Shutrm Screw and give it the characteristics of the StG 44 and AS 44, then the M2 Carbine with optics can become an analog of the StG 44 with optics.

Yes IAR and P40 are ridiculously undertired. IAR and P40 should be BRIII

Well easy fix to that problem would be, NOT to use the Warthunder early production StuH 42 G, but instead a mid or late production version, which had a Remote controlled MG on the roof as well as also Coax MG in the Mantlet (available with both cast and welded Mantlet)

(Couldnt bother searching longer for a StuH with coax.)

Very nice indeed.

To be honest I think the M1944 Hyde Carbine will excel at this role. Like being a more easy to use and control M2 Carbine which can be used at all ranges.

The only issue is its RoF. It can be anywhere in-between 600-1,200 RPM. They will need to find a sweet spot for it much like the Type Hei Automatic Rifle. Plus the sights seem to be very clean and open.

Not really, that thing will have problem penning br4 Jumbo from the front, not to mention Super Pershing if they finally add it.

The Suomi KP-31 with 71-round drum magazine would be excellent in Axis TT,Like a FW 190 A-8/R8 with 2 MG 131 Machine Guns, 20mm MG 151 Cannons 4, 2 30mm MK 108 Cannons and a 500kg Bomb,The MG42 also needs to receive a 250 round magazine and a rate of fire increase of 1500,

nope
