Equipment based ticket bleed

Instead of adding a system that exclusively places you against sweats and metamonkeys when you progress in the campaigns, I offer a new solution. Adjusting ticket losses for spawning better equip squads. That way people are incentivized to punch actual players instead of bots and lower skilled players. It also adds incentive to NOT run meta endgame loadouts because they can make you lose much faster.

Ye.
Make higher campaign levels work for their lunch.

it is quick fix for end game vs low level equipment and it still doesnt fix many things (like killing tiger with stuart). i would prefer equipment/level based MM so people with similar equipment level are matched against each other. but any MM needs to wait either much bigger playerbase or uniting the current one.

Id stop playing if my reward for progressing in the campaign is increasingly unenjoyable gameplay

i know that seal clubbing is enjoyable, but it would be nice to play against equally (or at least similarly) equipped opponents. i personally hate when i start new campaign grind constantly getting wrecked by end game weapons and sometimes be helpless against it.

I think they could add a BR system from WT kinda

Basically make every gun, vehicle, weapon, grenade have a certain BR.

Then theyd be caculated for 1 soldier

And then every soldier gets added and summed up, and then it would caculate the average BR of a squad.

And them it would caculate the average BR of all squads, and find games this way.

The only way to try and hide from tryhards

well that is more or less equipment/level based MM. just converted into weapons levels (aka weapon stars).

Old PS3 FPS called Dust 514 had an equipment rating system that would just make you worth more (in game currency) to kill the higher your rating is.

Could be similar where your rating either gives the enemy team more exp, or like in the OP, adjusts how objectives are handled.
Though campaign level is a simpler way of going about it than a rating system.

Wouldn’t it be better to introduce this with a PERSONAL ticket system? Because if it’s tied to the team’s total tickets, I see people just spawning the best equipment because they are grinding it or whatever. Like if you run out of tickets you can’t spawn anymore and are allowed to leave the match with no deserter penalty, but the team’s tickets is affected normally by you dying like they are now.

yeah let’s punish everyone for grinding their campaign levels. how dare someone enjoy their hard-earned squads. whats the plan for defending teams with infinite tickets? poorly thought out suggestion. tho giving more exp for killing people with better equipment sounds good!

Seal clubbing isn’t whats at stake
Fighting specifically only end game sweats is not fun at all
A mix of both types of players is whats needed

but that is exactly what it is. you dont want to fight end game players cause they have too good of equipment so you want some newbies to get kills on. so seal clubbing.

tbh i also like seal clubbing. taking my tiger on little hill stroll on d-day and then killing stuart littles.

No if you actually read it I don’t want to fight ONLY end game meta loadout spamming shit heads.
Games are ALWAYS better with a nice mix of skill levels and equipment.

But you’re just going to say I’m trying to seal club again so I think I’m going to end with this post.

No. I dont want to fight them because the only people I see with endgame equipment are the ones that exclusively play like absolute rats.

You would have the tools to perform better, and if the teams are balanced there would be functionally no difference.

The monetary bonus for killing above your weight worked for Dust because cost was central to the game. You had to spend money to spawn anything above bottom tier.

ya so what? this isn’t that type of game… remove the artilery, the planes, the wonder bots that love to 360 across the map for some reason, grenades, flamethrowers, squadmember bots that cant stay alive for some reason, remove tanks too(especially the bs rn where they can he straight through walls and wipe caps out) … just remove every single chaotic element that is out of everyone’s hands really… all of those things get more kills than 99% of ppl i see using meta guns 24/7. then maybe this idea can work… why should i risk so much for a good gun when i can just hide and spam artilery or something without any repercussions?

Difference is this is more likely to actually happen.

We can dream of the Enlisted we were promised pre-alpha all day but the devs will never do it.

i guess if it “makes the game worse” the devs will like the idea?

You’re thinking “attracts 12 year olds but makes the game worse” suggestions like air strikes

id love a bolt gun game but honestly people in high ranks will just use guns less and use grenade bags and aa guns, arty instead… im already catching maxed rank players doing this stuff instead of actually using their maxed out guns most of the time despite having the guns with them
