Can you allow paratroopers to be equipped with any backpack or ammo pouch?
Paratroopers usually only have 2 or 3 magazines and always run out of ammo when in a fierce battle. If you don’t take your engineer equipment out of the box, you will have no choice but to die when you run out of ammunition. To begin with, there is not much time to build ammunition boxes due to the nature of the surprise mission…
I think that paratroopers in the historical past also wore at least an ammunition pouch on their descent.
Move the parachute from a slot in the backpack to another slot so that any ammo pouch can be purchased and equip. Or put any equipment in a drop box and wear it after the descent.
To begin with, It is strange that the ammo pouch to be worn on the waist is in the slot of the backpack…

This suggestion cannot apply to the British or American paratroopers otherwise they won’t need to rely on the supply crate with how much ammo they already carry in Normandy.

i agree with parrot/Grey.
the whole point of having the parachute is to prevent paratroopers dropping with 4 drum mags ( prem USA case or UK normandy para squads examples ) per soldiers with extended pouches or spam grenades more than they already can do. which, would simplify even more clearning objectives by just point and click the objective to then clear out it from your self.
this way, ( of not being able to have pouches ) would make somewhat paratroopers balanced.
although, for their intended role ( inside enlisted ) you can do just fine with almost any specialization that they have in the crate.

Paratroopers already get too many stuff compared to other squads due to their loadout box. They don’t need buff, especially when they can get 50 or 100 round mag from start.

Back in the day things used to have downsides as a tradeoff for their upsides.
