This is a bit too close to HLL. I dont play HLL cause its a walking/dying simulator. In enlisted the pace in more dynamic and map are reduced which obligates you to push. The video is fire and lets be aware to not fall into that “boredom”
Mechanics are built in so that doesn’t have to happen. Engineers build transports (and you can have them in every squad), you can build 5 rally’s per player (and also vehicle ralllys). So once you drive there (which takes no time) and set up, Its basically The same as now…
The differences are mainly just you aren’t restricted in which direction you can come from or maneuvering.
I played the game mod, it almost felt that you were fighting on several front.

still not working, the big green “copy mod url” button seems to be broken
I just used it not 20 minutes ago. Still working
Copy URL > create custom game > mods > paste url > apply
I belive consoles cannot create, but they can join servers up already

I’ve been hesitant to try this as I often can’t support a 90 minute game. Can someone comment on this? This is one reason I stick with Enlisted over HLL. I simply can’t commit to 90 minute matches.

Matches are long (can be up to 120 minutes) but as there is no xp anyway, you lose nothing by leaving when you have to.
Start your own, fill it with bots and just enjoy some PVE for a start. (PVE is quite fun with a few friends)
If you like it, try and find a server running with players
At this point its just an experience and fun. Hopefully one day devs will allow some xp contribution.
Where it differs from HLL there is so much vehicle support and rallys, that it is action packed

Pretty much a hard stop for me. I love the idea of it but if it’s not a weekend there’s no chance.
I understand that this is a mod and XP are not an issue but when we talk about long-term vision for the game?

Fair enough. I believe tommy has set it at 120 to allow servers time to fill.
Certainly wouldn’t propose to have an official mode that long.
This is just what it is at this stage as he is still developing it

60 minutes is more than enough for me personally

Due to the lack of matching mode, your newly opened room will not be filled with players at the beginning. You must wait for other players to join, and this waiting process may last up to 1 hour.
In fact for the intense battle, the complete game will be over in 1 and a half hours.
If we could have a matchmaking button and XP, more players would be willing to participate.
A lot of players didn’t grind to complete their levels, and they had to go to the default arcade to grind their levels, which was a very embarrassing situation.
Currently you have to wait for players to join, which is why I set a time cap of 2 hours for the mod, in fact this time has been shortened, in older versions it was longer.
We’ve asked for this many times with XP and still have yet.
XP is still the main obstacle for players to join this mode, but what can be done about it.
Even without XP there are still many players willing to participate in this game mode.
The future of gaming depends on how developers treat their games and the players who enjoy their games.
Although this mod is made by players, it is still part of their games, and players just want to play the games they want to play.

Please bear in mind to somehow kick players that are in lobby more then 5,10 min,just taking someone place
Also try to make first 30 min just low tier its kinda ludacriss soviet get a t 34 for 200 kv2 for 200 while tiger is 8888 and has no add armour(also keep in mind that the german tanks had double front turert armor(Tiger 98%)pnz4 (80) Couse they had the front turret armor and the the gun plate sticked on to the frontal turret plate(The reason why they wore add on armor mostly on hull or cheeks like the pnz 4 who didnt had the full lenght gun glacias
Also make more penalty for dying
And not allow 3 min in game trolling players
Couse i think its more intended to be realistic and ‘‘War‘‘ Then just a headless running simulator like basic squad enlisted
