Enlisted desperately needs better team communication & lobby interaction features

One of the biggest limitations in Enlisted right now is the lack of proper communication systems between teammates.

It would be a game changer if we could:

Chat with squadmates in the lobby before matches

Use separate team-only chat during matches

View our squadmates’ gear and loadouts while waiting in the lobby

These are features already present in many games similar to Enlisted, and adding them would massively improve teamwork, coordination, and overall immersion. Especially for squads playing with friends, the ability to prep and plan together could take the experience to another level.

Has this been discussed before? Are devs considering it?

I think on the road map they had something about clans so maybe its includes as well

We should absolutely have team based voice chat. If someone has a horrible mic, is screaming like a maniac, playing loud music, or is saying slurs you can just mute them.
