Although the game is WW2-themed, the earliest battlefield depicted in the game is the Battle of Moscow, which took place between 2 October 1941 and 7 January 1942.
It is generally accepted that the Second World War began in 1939, which means that the game is missing a whole lot of the battlefields from 1939-1940.
Presumably, after the campaigns are merged, maps from 1939-1940 and weapons belonging to BRs of that period will be added.
Hopefully maps with new armies, such as the China-Japanese War and the Winter War, will be added.
What do you guys want for the first coming 1939-1940 battlefields?

If you add the Chinese army, this is an opportunity to add numerous female soldiers.

Theyâll probably will put female squads as premium ones. 
Personally, I am more interested in Invasion of France or Poland. I expect the Chinese equipment would be mostly a mix of US/German/Soviet equipment. But, I wouldnât mind a Chinese faction!

Yes,After covering the main WW2 battlefields, we should probably also look at the wars before and after WW2, such as the Spanish Civil War.

To be completely fair, the 1939-1940 period isnât that interesting because itâs just Germany steamrolling things. They called it the Phony War for a reason.
That said, I would absolutely love to play as France. Thereâs already a bunch of weapons and tons more they could add. I expect the French will need a fair amount of uncommon/prototype weapons to balance it out. Which Iâm okay with since France just has sexy weapons.
Also, while balancing against tigers will be difficult, I imagine the overwhelming majority will be playing as France, since:
- Itâs a new faction
- Thereâs literally no reason to play as Germany lol. Itâd just be Normandy but youâre getting killed by baguettes instead of HVARs.

yeah but this is a game which makes it interesting. All you need is that maps and gear, And we decided who does the steam rolling
(like Germany completely stomping Stalingrad, or japs dumperstering allies, or rommel being away sick)
I wouldnt be suprised to see France Dumpstering the Reich (or low BR allies with French equipment)

They will simply add French troops to the allies. At the moment, there are voice files of the Italian, French and Soviet troops, in addition to the units already represented in the game. You will play as the French using the French unit on the Allied side
That will be a huge disappointment if they do. Multiple people have taken the time to create lists of French equipment that demonstrates thereâs more than enough to fill a tech tree.
Itâs already a big disappointment that Britain and Italy wonât be separate factions.

Initially I was disappointed that Brits and Italians wouldnât be their own thing.
But When I think about it Iâm okay with it, because the playerbase would be combined and no segregation. I can Still build my full French/British/Italian and not have to worry if I will get a game because not many play them. Ive already built my Romanian decks with the available weapons. Just hoping for the Romanian cosmetics

There wonât be such problem. There will be no more independent campaign after merge. France will just face low br Germany.

Compared to the early battles of WWII, cold war is more attractiv. Taking WarThunder as an example, they started introducing more countries after updating some cold war vehicles.
For now, Enlisted only has about 6-10k ACU. Developers are eager to attract more players, itâs pointless to continue to focus on early campaigns with small audience.

Because the game is called enlisted and not WW2 enlisted i think developers can take some degree of freedom on what faction and war add if those are linked to the setting, in this case why dont add the spanish civil war? There is nothing more early war than this if we stay canon withaut do some what if like czeck vs germany in 1938
