To be honest guys and girls I base my game here on being an engineer, I spend the start of the map running around placing my rally points, ammo etc all of it as close as I can to the action, When I get too close I run back again until I get the green ok signal then I plant my objective for my team. I work really hard to do this, and after I have done that I use my weapons and try to kill as many of the enemy as I can, and when my squad gets killed I look for my next engineers squad so’s I can do it all again. What is really peeing me off is that when I have done all of that, not one on the list of my players even get’s a recognition for engineers 
Guys, you Devs have to sort out some worthy recognition for us engineers because I feel I like I may as well just run into battle and hopefully just leave it all to those players that don’t even bother so where will be then?
You need to have an engineer on every squad.
You need to place spawn points 60-70 meters away for your team to use them
that’s how you get best engineer.
Start mesmerizing where different objectives are on defense so you can get the next objective ready for your team
I don`t need you to tell me that, I know that, did you not read my post? What I am asking for is some worthy points for us guys that put lots of time into the battle. I know how far away from the objective to put my rally points and ammo, that’s what I said. What pee’s me off is the fact that us engineers don’t get the point’s that we deserve 
You get points for building assists. Building assists like sandbags, digging trenches, ammo boxes, barbed wire, hedgehogs
anything that helps defend your team. Someone using your AA gun, or machine gun. The more you build, the more points you get. Those building assist points go towards exp for your current campaign. Not trying to be rude, you don’t have to be rude either. I read what you said.
The issue of “the best engineer” award was reported a long time ago and since then nothing changed.
Maybe devs will adress this in the upcoming big update but I wouldn’t count on it.

If I was rude DisDrunkguy I apologise, I didn’t mean to be. I am a bit pee’d off though with the games ethics as regards all the efforts of us guys paving the way for the team at hand 
I understand. As a fellow engineer sweat I feel the same way. Half the time I’ll be the only one on my team building spawn points or anything. I’ll be the reason why my team wins most of the time because they can get to the point faster. The award would be nice if it came with a big xp bonus but for now the only advantage to being an engineer is building assist points for xp. Doesn’t matter what you build though, flametroopers flamethrowers go thru walls, floors, and fortifications. Same with white phosphorus.
Just make sure you have an engineer on each squad. I have two engineers on all my squads
I have as many as the game allows 
When I first started, as most I just ran into battle, killing as many as I could but soon realised that it was great to enable your squad to progress with your actions, but for sure I am now feeling that why am I putting all this effort in for so little reward?
What I also see is, if you are a great pilot, tanker, squad leader and if you have done this it seems as though you just need 3 points as an engineer and you then get the top engineer’s award as well. And there is us guys in the background grinding way, doing out stuff, and to be honest, if we didn’t everyone else wouldn’t have made it that far 
This annoys me too. Yesterday I had a ton of Engineer points and some other guy had maybe 4 and got best Engineer. I also had many more kills but perhaps not with Engineer.
Sometimes the game will give best engineer to someone who has less awards than you. Happens alot to me
You may not get recognition from the game awards, but for what it’s worth, you’ve got my recognition. Much love for the 12 Bravos out there. You all are the life blood of the battlefield.
Best engineer award goes to the engineer who killed the most, not who built the most.
Mind that not always the closer the better.
Rally points that are too close to cap and/or too obvious may more often than not be unavailable because constantly under fire.
Serpiko I normally put my rallies about 100 clicks from the target, that way there is less chance of them getting hit by artillery etc
