Except apparently that isnt’ teh case if you read all the people complaining about fortifications…
Go figure… maybe fortification and explosives are not actually the sum total of what determines results?
Maybe there’s other stuff involved in deciding who wins and loses besides those??
Maybe there’s other action going on - maybe 1 team is really competent at other stuff, or maybe a teamis utterly incompetent and none of that matters…
Thinking that there’s just 1 factor decides games is pretty simplistic.
So which war did you fight in? Did you ever even enlist or are you part of that soft generation? This isnt a WW2 simulation. No one wants to play a team that will always lose past 1942 like the Germans and run out of fuel or have no planes except apparently you

Do engineers get points for building fortifications or ammo/rally points? If not they should.
Not currently but many things in the game that should get points don’t receive them. It’s strange but hopefully as we move forward there will be a bigger push toward teamplay with point incentives.
You really need to study your history books more mate… the germans where an effective fighting force waaaay past 1942 …1942 is when they began to get serious. They just where poorly led and where running out of man power and materials… but the allied command was seriously concerned that if the war had gone on for 1 more year the axis would have potentially had a huge come back and one the war.
This is what comes of learning history from internet video games and sub par schooling …let me give you a tip. Most of what you have learnt about the world at school or college is pure lies and fantasy… start finding out what truth is before its too late.
Sounds like pure fantasy to me - the Germans were arguably at their best in 1942 - after that even with good weapons and some clever military leadership all the really bad decisions they made in the 1930’s came home to roost - mostly to do with the way they organised their industry - with every faction having a seperate idea of what should be produced.
It wasn’t until 1943 they went to a proper war footing, and production shot through the roof - but by then it was too late - the USA was outproducing all the axis nations all on their own.
However back to the point - Engineers can get the best engineer award for having the moost uses of a spawn point they built - nothing for anything else.
Well, Allied almost lost it on D-day without Certain DDs everyone would have been slaughtered on Omaha!
The Germans were almost completely out of resources and their atom bomb project was dead in the water. Had they managed to hold on any longer, it’s likely the first nuke would have landed on them.
