It’s a little strange, but it makes sense in terms of the game.

I think that part could probably be differentiated through squad tiers and upgrades.
The anti-tank squad and engineer squad of the same tier use the same anti-tank weapons, but the anti-tank squad engineer has an advantage through squad upgrades.
I think the anti-tank squad should get one of the following perks: +25% faster construction speed, +100% AT gun health, and replaced improved armor-piercing shells. (Numbers may change)

Another penalty for balance is that reloads will be slower if there is only one person with the AT gun.
The smaller the squad size, the higher the risk.
I think it would be a good idea to add a function to call other squad members through the F menu.
