Engineer improvements (Ammo box icons etc)

Ammo Box Icon
We need an ammo box icon on the map, and possibly on the overlay, so that people can find and use deployed friendly ammo boxes.
It would be nice to also have icons for uncrewed friendly AA/ATGs.

Vehicle resupply depot.
Like an ammo box, but many times larger, that would allow tanks to rearm.
Some maps in some modes do not have a tank rearm point, and even when they do they can be a ridiculous drive there and back.

Refill AT/AA guns
Perhaps carrying a box from an ammo depot, or the afore wished for vehicle ammo depot.

A new bind to JUST construct.
There are so many times where I cannot build the item I put down, because left click instead keeps attempting to place another object.

Some way to dismantle deployed items that are now either WAY behind your lines, or way behind the enemy lines.
Even if it is just a crappy “destroy all” keybind it would still be very helpful for times when gameflow leaves your assets inaccessible.

The ability to refill engineer supplies, perhaps at the spawn flag?

Good suggestions.

Additionally anything built by engineers outside the currently playable area (due to shifting front lines) should be instantly destroyed and the construction points of those items given back to the engineer.

Currently when an engineer has used all or some of his building material around for example the first objective on the Normandy beach map he will then have nothing or little left to build anything around the second objective. That should change.

I will say engineers are my favorite class so far and very fun to play being what they add to the table, But I mean at the same time it does feel kinda weak in terms of what they do being mostly building doesn’t do much to assist the team. Sure a sandbag is nice, And having closer spawns are good, But I don’t know as it can feel really worthless as most of the time you got a cheeky recon hunting for that kind of stuff.

I think the whole point is to limit engineer resources so you dont have too much engineer spam …
otherwise why not give them unlimited resources from the beginning …

I would like for the AT gun to be a multi part construction and that you could rotate the gun if you have one of your AI soldiers left.

The multi-part construction is mostly for ammunition boxes, so you can choose if you want to build an AP crate with AP shells only, or an HE crate with just HE, or even a mixed crate if you need both types at once but with a slight nerf to quantity. Solves the supply issue and players can physically see which guns are being used A LOT imho adding to the visual experience of frontlines being built up.
