Enable using enemy ammo boxes for enemy weapons

you cant using enemy ammo boxes and thats good except when you picked up an enemy weapon
anyone else had an empty mg42 on their hands and saw an enemy ammo box and just thought OOOF?

honestly this should have been turned on when the ability to refill dropped allied weapons was turned on
