why am i dying when ejecting from the bf110

ejecting at the wrong angle can cause you to smack the plane and die like irl.
Once I was killed by my own plane, which was shot badly and going down out of control, I jumped out but was hit dead by the tail 
But the topicstarter probably means something else, like dying every time he ejects…?

(I watched this guy’s replay, indeed he just died without reason during/after ejecting)

i watched it before i posted and didnt see anything that should have killed me, 2 times so far will have to see if it happpens again
