how can I get the modified weapons, units, and building items from the Eastern Front mod? maybe I can write to @Scrotie_Totie to request the source files, how can I do that?

well, asking for a code that someone spent weeks or months on end, never usually happens.
but you can learn how to mod like everyone else through the many informations scattered around the forum.
or, join our modding discord and look for data and templates from there 
you may also ask for help, but it’s advised to at least try to start learning rather than look for freebies and ask for help for every little minor detail. ( not saying you would, but we had some… incidents with it )

Well you can just come into our Discord server, @Scrotum_Totem is in there too
I believe his Eastern Front mod was made possible thanks to people from the server.
I cant give you the stuff from his mod, but I have all my own mods open sourced and available for download in a text channel in our discord server, so you can look at those if you join
I thought those incidents all happened on me. (Well, that is, if you dont count what I was doing back in 2023…)
I say just join the server and all your troubles can be dealt with interactively and quickly
