Drop-shooting, jump shooting, hopping around, and general "unrealistic" gameplay

i know how to play slow paced i’ve played insurgency,hhl,ps,r6 this type of gameplay.
is not adapt to enlisted cas that are infinite same for tanks and maps that are very small, this type of gameplay would be tricky and would need a HUGE amount of work for implement in a decent way not to mention that before all of this there’s a ton of bug and basic implementation to do.

(fyi i dosent use this tactics, i only found enlisted fun bc i dont need to think every single action i do, and i can simply storm a building with an m3 and hipfiring)

This is absolutely true. There are many known cases where soldiers have decided to die instead of unrealisticly shooting in midair.

Let me introduce you the secrets of pervitin.

So it was you who were yelling at need for speed forums how shitty vietnam war game it is ?

Forward to Arma! With a “unique” grind

If you remove the jumps, then you need to remove all the arcade!

If you slow down the game, then who will play it at all?And so pumping requires a hundred years

I think if/when devs want to change it, it should be done in small steps so we feel what is good and what was better before.

For me things that could be removed without problem:

  1. Jumping out from second floor and reaching ground, immediately ready to fight. Recommended: reach ground on hands and knees, and have to stand up or crouch before being able to fire, losing two more seconds compared to current. (Still arcade as you can walk afterwards.)
  2. Extreme quick stance changes, while keeping almost perfect aim. Recommended: even with +150% speed it should be somewhat realistic, not a 2 frames prone->standing change on a 60 Hz monitor. And aim should be somewhat less consistent. I always feel cheating when I score 4-5 kills this way.
  3. Precise turning and hip firing with LMGs mid-air, while jumping out of a window or several meters from stairs. Well I’m unsure about this one, but feels too arcade for me.

Movement that is missing for me:

  1. a quick sidestep e.g. to disappear from a doorframe when a squad appears on the other side of the corridor. IRL with a quarter turn sideways/backward you can do this faster than in game. (I don’t know whether it was explained good enough, sorry.)
Is there some way you can do it in Enlisted? Double tap left or similar? I only know of the lean option and the slow moonwalking sideways.
