. Is fine to down to Br 2.
Stug III F,: same gun as F2, no MG. Is fine to go down to Br 2.
Ho-Ni III - BR 2.
M10 GMC - cervical spondylosis(traverse) open top. Br 2.
M18 GMC - Down to BR 3. Paper thin armor, even side pen by 7mm MG for 3s tank 
SU-85 - Down to BR 3. Same gun as all 3 other BR IV soviet tanks, no MG( not 60。C slop so it still pen by long 75) gives BR 3 a better chance against uptier.
KV-1E - Down to BR 3, since any long 75 still pen its front, at BR 4 is useless. suit for BR3
Ho-NI I - Down to BR 1. Open topped
Chi-NU Down to BR 2, max pen 103 without coex MG, worse pen than those 50mm pi9tanks
Chi-To Down to BR 3, almost PZ4G, without coex MG

pz4F2 down to BR 2 ,but idk if it is too op at BR2,
Sherman2: weaker hull than other Sherman. even front pen by 47mm Is fine to down to Br 2.
t-34 L11. L11 , max pen 77mm is fine down to Br 2.
*ps t-34 L11,Sherman2 mostly hull front pen by 50mm pi9 tanks, are they really enough for br3?
