In a balanced game, your win rate would be roughly 50-50. However, in Enlisted that is not the case. Your win rate can go above 80% even if you do not desert and that just goes to show how poor balancing in this game as I have done with the allies…
Even if the balancing was good, showing a win rate would also be pointless since it is 50-50 for almost everyone.
I believe implementing this will make the game more casual and reduce number of people deserting and the spread of “good players” throughout the factions.
Arguably, the same thing can be said for KDR although feel free to disagree. I have above 2.2 KDR in all nations (except Japan), and seeing my KDR makes me stress more, and I really just want to play to have fun.
There is no SPMM (and no, there shouldn’t be one added … at least with the current size of the playerbase) … therefore good players will win more … simple as that. While there are some extreme cases of people leaving to preserve their “winrate” (and I agree if you abandon, it should be a loss, and yes the game crash may count as aloss … but that should be so few of a percentage it should be a non-factor and if it isnt I think you have bigger issues that needto be resolved) there are plenty of others that just are good players that have 60 - 80% winrates. As for KDR … I preferred the killcount as it gave me milestones (250k kills etc)
imagine having 10 highly skilled people in queue on soviet side. at the same time in queue there are only 10 german newbies without any high skilled player even close to entering the match. tell me how do you create match that would be balanced?
