Complete speculation by guy who proved many times he’s completely incompetent and disillusioned about guesses like this.
Plus automatic type hei could be easily artificially tweaked to fit on lower tier (meaning, too big dispersion, too big horizontal recoil and so)
There’s no definitive reason why it should end up only on tier 5.
So this suggestion is purely based on incompetent speculations. This guys probably just don’t like idea of this weapon. So he made up several selfish pointless arguments without any real value, why it shouldn’t be added into game.
Completely irrelevant since we’ll see chi nu on new Georgia (campaign ended before chi-nu was even made/manufactured lmao) right after merge happens.
Your argument will immediately lose any value.
There were 10-25 Type Otsu rifles made. There were 50 Type Hei rifles made. There were 125 Type 4 rifles made.
These numbers are so low as to be virtually nonexistent. The fact that they were put into the Japanese progression tree is an admission that paper weapons are necessary for balance and equipment parity, and I don’t see why that should stop at small arms. Might as well go all the way to the Type 61.
I hope enlisted stays pure WW2 as long as possible. Since I will probably quit once it enters korean war/cold war era.
I don’t want to see stuff like tigers vs PT-76 like in WT. That’s why I quit playing WT in the first place.
I’m not really a tank expert, so you’ll have to forgive my ignorance. From what I’ve gleaned it seems like the earliest “match” with the Pershing/Super Pershing. If there are earlier equivalents then I suppose that would be an acceptable end point.
Go and check its armor and gun.
Ho ri cannot deal with pershing.
You are talking just to sake for talking without any information.
Ignorance is really a bless
It matters when even wt doesnt have oi so devs cant add o-i design . We have no design/coding of how that hypotheticall thing would perform in dagor engine.
man american get lot of stuff and jap cant get some? seriously? beside everyone know o-i wasnt a thing like are we now asking for jap tiger as well? then where is my french tiger? where is my german landkreuzer? dont ask for non existence shit if you aint gonna do all of them
like otsu and hei make sense and full auto hei are pretty unknow which i guess make sense if they never gonna add it but then what? you gonna keep adding “bad” GO weapon to jap? sure it work but it average not something like condor or T20E1 where they are improvement like i bought the jap sword pistol cause it unique but i aint buying copy paste hei that have 10 round instead of 5 that shit should have been event weapon instead of GO not worth it.
anyway i only rant cause this is stupid to me like GO weapon could be an exception to br imo like why would you buy T20E1 that might put you against stg and stuff beside do we even know what GO br is? no and that why we need info before making some assumption
This is probably my hottest take i could have make this week.
And if so, that’s actually very disappointing. I understand the gameplay reasoning, but the more they break immersion the worse it is in my opinion. I like that there’s asymmetry to a point, but if Pershing is too tough for a realistic match, they should just put it in too high of a tier to show up in the Pacific matches.
I agree, this game really is a great WW2 sandbox. I’ve always viewed it as historical”+”. It has so much content ranging from the famous, well known, and mass produced to rare, prototype, and experimental
I’m not entirely opposed to this game having different eras, but I’d prefer them stay distinct. I certainly don’t want to be fighting Cold War vehicles in the streets of Berlin. That’s just a tangent
All I’m saying is I want this game to stay WW2 for as long as possible, heck indefinitely. It’s a great games in the same family as the classic Battlefields, Forgotten Hope, and Easy Red
I do think one day we will get the Maus, IS-3, Tortoise, T28, and I’m sure lots of other various vehicles
In regards to the Pershing in the Pacific, they were actually sent to Okinawa but the battle was over by the time they got there. I still think Japan can fight the Pershing
I’m of the opinion that just because you can’t one shot the enemy doesn’t mean you’re not able to fight it. Japan has an assortment of vehicles that were designed to fight Shermans, and I’m sure you can pound the Pershing enough times at certain points
And Japan certainly had a few heavy prototypes they could add as well
