It would be insanely unfair in the long run to people who don’t have it. M4A3 105 = American Infantry Support Tank. KV2 = Russian Infantry Support Tank. As far as i know, there are no Japanese or German ISTs. Brummbar would be a good German Infantry Support Tank. I think the Japanese HO-RO was a tank that fired a powerful HE shell.
If the KV2 is going to be a P2P tank, then the non-P2P players need something they can use as well.
I would personally love to see the devs roll out the Churchill AVRE tank as an IST.
Ho-I for Japan, and the short 75 Panzer IVs and Panzer IIIN I’m pretty sure.

I know there is a Panzer that had some sort of Anti Infantry cannon but im not sure which one it was or if it is in the game.
All the early Panzer IVs and Panzer IIIN are equipped with a anti infantry howitzer type gun.

Not on par with the 105 though.
Seem more like bunker busters than Infantry support. Germans have alot of Bunker buster vehicles
Shermans and Panzer IIIN are more infantry support

Still an anti infantry gun, also the 105mm Sherman came 5 years after the early panzer 4s. For the time it was probably good

But exactly. Other nations have them in TT. And as far as derp guns go, NONE is as iconic as the KV2! It’s really good we get to enjoy it more.
Plus, as @GENxCatrenko said, those with the premium KV2 don’t lose anything… it just means they can spawn MORE! Imagine if your KV2 explode because some enemy tanker got you. He laughs. Then HE explodes in a crater because you roll in with your second KV2 
Note. I do not own premium KV2. But, I WILL buy it. EVEN if there’d a TT one. (Just waiting 50% off)

In that case Germany has alot of “assault guns/infantry support” that arent in game

Brumbar and Stug would be the clostest opposite of KV 2…But Stug 33B isnt even in Warthunder
sig is just fun fun fun…reloads ALOT faster than KV 2
