Does the 'faster switching weapon' skill affect other animations?

Such as switching to hand grenade, and rifle grenade launcher?

it affects all weapon switching animations (so mines, grenades, pistols, melee…)
But it obviously won’t make the time you put on the grenade launcher faster

it is affected by the reload speed perk
