I gave Mannlicher M1895 to the guy with “+12% firing rate while using bolt action rifles” but I don’t see any difference. So it doesn’t count as a BA?
(I mean, I know it isn’t irl. I just didn’t expect it to be programed in the game.)

Actually, does it work at all?
did you even time the time between shots with and without perk? i doubt you will notice few fractions of a second with naked eye…
I didn’t measure it but if it’ not noticable, it’s worthless. Especially for this price.
I’d rather have faster reload as I can clearly see the effects.
well i think it affects cocking of the rifle between shots. and that is around 0.1-0.2 seconds that gets shaved with this perk. but yeah it is pretty worthless skill.
I use this perk so my AI are .more like to hit something.
It work only BA (full star) with huge ROF like
(moscow) winchester
(normandy) mannichler
Lee-enfield/ross
Because as @robihr said there is no much difference between shot wen the BA has 60/70 ROF with the perk
i think that mannlicher , winchester lever , lee enfield are affected bit more noticeable than others
on other BA rifles i would like to experiment with 20% aim speed perk in here, maybe along with 12% BA shooting speed
that 12% perk is really visible only while shooting but not aiming … with combination of aforementioned perks it might be pretty cool , move bolt faster is one thing but lining up with sights again is also important
but i find it hard to exchange 75% medkit usage for some 20% aim speed, especially with lack of retraining points …
and for now nobody cares about it since the current rifle behavior is okay as it is
