Does anyone know how much "hit power" is needed to one shot a person in the body

I’m just curious as some semi-automatics can one shot the body. I would be thankful for any info on the topic.

Without vitality perk 10 hit power to kill/down someone when shot in the torso.

10 damage to down, 20 to kill. Vitality perk makes it 13.5 to down, 27 to kill
