Does anybody know how to fix this?

I restarted my mod and this appeared. All of the graphics are only partially loaded. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I have a similar issue on the Complete Shooting Range map. Most likely, this is due to exceeding the limit on vehicles.

Does this issue affect the mod if I publish it?

Yes. I advise you to build a map from scratch and try not to place so many large composite vehicles.
