Most of them are timing fuses
Most naval guns have larger calibers than land guns, so they can use radio fuzes while ensuring range.
I don’t have it but im guessing its just a shell its hard to balance a timed fuze shell and if they balanced it like warthunder the timed shell would be completely useless.
