Do you think USSR VS Japan will be the april fool event?

So the USSR vs Japan event was announced ages ago ( first mention might even predate the launch of the merge).
But given that there apparently where leaks of the event UI for such an even bundeled with the squads used it seams very likely that it is coming.

So do you think this April fool will finally bring that event?
It might fit very well with the alternative history from the titan rise event from prevoius years.

In addition due to the helper beeing very clear in their intention that USSR vs Japan would only be an event ( as opposed to a campaign) might also indicate that it always was planned as an april fools day event.
With this they can also maximise the dev time that is wasted for content only available for a few days, which sadly is like a tradition already.

they announced it quite some time ago - and it looked like a proper campaign being made… so I dont think it would be a joke at all…

Well except that having an event with Japanese and soviets fighting over Guadalcanal (as per the leaks) is not really realistic either…

I was wondering the same thing as the OP and would not be surprise to have this event as the April fool’s for this year.

Considering how big April fools events are in Enlisted, I doubt Darkflow would make such a plain event.

Even if its really Japan vs USSR then there will be a catch like the titan rise that had huge walker tanks.

well of course if it mean testing how jap vs soviet would be like in the future

Exept if they curate the available choices on both sides to be of equal power than nothing is gained.
If they only give USSR up to BR 2 and japan up to BR 4 to compete then on an equal term then no insight is gained as to how a KV would fare vs Japan.
