Do you know a way to make the game's colors less saturated?

I’d preffer the game to be a bit more gray. Are there any ways to achieve this?
Game settings?
Monitor settings?
3rd party software?

I’m also curious to know if there’s a way to make the game more depressing and darker. Normandy is by far the biggest culprit of oversaturation.

I tries using GFN filter to do this, never again is horrible, outiside dev decide to let us lowering the color saturation we have to live with it
