I have only played a few custom matches so I am not versed on the workings, but I didn’t think win or losses counted toward your percentage. However, I just entered a squad game where I entered after four of the five cap points had already fallen, got six total kills in my 45 seconds of playing, and when I checked my overall winning percentage following the game it dropped from 64.87 to 64.86, which would tell me it does count. I don’t personally care, however, if I enter a game that is 4/5 of the way over, I don’t think I should get credited with a win or a loss at that point. 
IDK, maybe I am hallucinating and my % was different then I thought. 
Custom games, as far as I can tell, do count towards all your statistics, win/loss, K/D, etc.
Gamemodes from ongoing events also count, and they’re typicly attributed to the US.

Yeah, I just got into the tail end of another squad match where 3 of the 5 cap points were taken, and the 4th fell just as I was running to the Cap point. This time we won, so I went back and checked and sure enough, my % went back up. However, not much fun getting in on the tail end of games, so I doubt I will play many more. I did get my daily pistol kill goal achieved though, as it was only five, and I have Yazikov smg pistols so quick work of that. Seems to me like the normal game mode is better as I will get in at the beginning, instead of jumping in when the game is already over.
My event losses seem to go to my Allies, so their percentage is far from accurate, I think almost 2 percentages point lower then they should be. Another reason to get rid of percentages as they are not accurate anyway
Anyway, I have my answer.

Winrate percentages are dumb. Competitive games like Counter Strike 2 don’t even have them. So why does Enlisted have them if it’s not even a competitive game?
Also, I never knew that custom games count towards the winrate. I don’t play any custom games, but useful to know.

Win rate are one reason some people desert, that along with the ranking system, so IMOP both should be shit canned.
