Everything else is stripper clip loaded. Easier to make SVT-38 stripper clip reload and all is well

I do think That stripper clips could load a bit faster. Seems a bit odd to have different speeds.
You think the G-41 is bad…you should try Reloading the Turner rifle 
. Stopped bothering. fire the 10, swap to second weapon

make every BR3 rifle reload with stripper clips, adjust reload to be around 3.2-3.8s for all.
Make damage 15.0-15.3 for all.
The round Type 4 rifle fires 7.7x58mm so its not really weaker than 8mm Mauser or 7.62mm thus should also have similar damage to other BR3 rifles (for balance obviously)

I’d also like to see the Russian lend leased m21/28 Tommy downtiered to br3 as well to give Russia more variety since Germany and Japan have a crap ton of smg’s at br3.

down and uptiering doesnt add anything new.
Lack of content is solved by adding new equipment, this is not a proper reason to change BR especially since M21/28 is over powered as is.

you can use M21/28 in Moscow in custom matches.
This is definitely not a proper reason to downtier, just imagine if MG42 early and Fedorov MG were moved to BR3 so they could bully newbies in Moscow.
Im sure you wouldnt want to see Tiger I H1 or Breda PG Carcano moved to BR3 so it could be used in Tunisia in staged games.
Would rather see BR3 Semis being clip-fed (at least if it has around 8-10 rounds). So either change the SVT38 or add a SVT38 variants which uses stripper clips (my favorite).
Both of which are on the tech tree and are more powerful than the m21/28 by a landslide and the Russians only have the ppSh as a br3 smg while Germany has the mp41, zk383, mp35 and beretta m38a. Japan has a the sig 1920 and the type 100 late and a good amount of selections in terms of lmg’s. And the m21/28 has stats very similar to the m1928a1. Keep in mind the lend leased m21/28 is also a legacy weapon so only people that had it before the merge could use it.

Wym? Because my point was even if they downtier the m21/28, it still wouldn’t break br3 nearly as bad as the fedorov mg or mg42 would. Like I also said, the m21/28 has stats that are extremely close to the m1928a1
The best solution is still to isolate BR5. Even if you move all the rifles of BR4 to BR3, it won’t solve the problem. BR4 has always been in an awkward position. It’s better to make it useful instead of emptying it. This is a defect of the tech tree system itself.
