the perks im wondering about are speed of gear shift and speed of using brake.
Don’t think so. I gave this two perks only to my driver. But it can also be useful if driver is dead and someone has to take his place.
They do stack. And both are useless.
How could they stack? Unless two kinky crewmen use the SAME driver spot, it won’t… those perks depends on where the crew is sitting in the tank 
(The aiming perk is VERY nice, and the tool kits ones are useful)

gear shift speed costs 9 speed
using brake costs 4 speed.
my tanker driver have 19 points avaiable on speed to spend. so yes, they are stakable. as long as i roll the speed of repair for it.
but i wont do, both speed of break and gear shift speed are useless on current game.
also, small update today. some changes on visuals of the daily missions…
well… here… my premium driver tanker have both right now. i just used some retraining points to get it.
Oh wait, I thought you meant stackable as in twice the same perk… My bad

lol no x) stackable as… you can have both on the same soldier perk selection, as long as you have enough speed points to obtain it. x)
