Do the perk “+12% firearm reload speed” affect Bazookas and PzFausts/RPzB?

What about the recoil perks?

as far as i recall, i never managed to get a reduction of recoil onto AT Troopers

so i can’t tell for sure.

but i don’t think those can be affected by recoil perks.
( i could be wrong though )

AT Weapons are single shot weapons. Having recoil perks would be a waste because you reload after your shot. there is no follow up shot. (Russian Semi Auto PTRD excepted)
