Even though i would love to see naval battles i still dont think they could work. Most of enlisted players are casuals who come here to kill bots and have fun. Fighting in an ship would mean lots of teamwork which is not present in the current game. Also i think many would find it boring to operate ships. You would just load cannons and shoot at other ships while occasionally using AA cannons. Warthunder is your best bet if you want to play naval
