im getting really disgusted with this game, it is shameful the state of the balance, the constant ping and other wise RIGGED MATCHING WITH TEAM MATES THAT WONT PLAY THE FUCKING OBJECTIVE

You don’t always win, sometimes you get cursed by matchmaking for bad teammates, sometimes you don’t.
All comes down to luck and how well YOU can carry your weight and then some to pick up some of the newer players’ weight as well

not true. it was a bit unbalanced in the past, and there was long discussion on every map with the community. I agree, it’s not perfect, but generally game is well balanced these days, as well as fair to F2P and Premium Players.
make sure to select your region. I have no issues with ping. check package loss between you and enlisted servers (you can see the one you connected to in windows Resource Monitor)
it’s a question of luck. sometimes teams not full and game stuffs slots with bot teams, sometimes you simply play with noobs, that can happen in any game.
I recently came back after a long break, and realized that I don’t remember the buttons 
so I guess, some players may also find it complicated and stick with narrow functionality they know. I think most players simply don’t understand what they doing, but game is not guilty for that.
The only thing you can do is to educate noobs to do the right thing by marking tanks and snipers, building better spawn points, etc… or leave the match and look for another one, that is ok too. There are also custom matches, where you can see how many real players joined and who they are.
Welcome to playing with strangers on the internet. No one has to play anything or anyway they don’t want to. Don’t like it get some friends to play Enlisted with you or make some that already play. There are plenty of Discord communities out there, start with the official Enlisted Discord and look in “search for a team”.
Life is easier when you actually think about your problems and fix them yourself rather than piss & moan about it on a internet forum.

They all north side of planet… I guess if Australians buy game more often, some day they will add a server there. On the other hand, why would they buy if ping is so high)))) chicken-egg problem.
its a free game, why would i buy it? and maybe Australians would play more if there was a servers for them
because that sometimes may or may not motivate game producer to add server in your region.
When this gonna happen? Well, think about this: how many people live in Australia and how many in Asia ? a lot more, right? but there is no Asian server still!

I’m just a gamer like you, I don’t know for sure, but obviously for economics reasons first of all.
Second guess, there could be a strategic reason, for example, there were many topics asking dev team for Asian campaign, that may (or not) coming next in pair with asian server to attract asian players. I’m sure they do homework researching market, because game is free and they need to be sure that enough player would buy premium accounts and extras to cover expenses…

I have to disagree with the “rigged matches”.
Sure, sometimes you end up against a stronger enemy, sometimes against a way weaker one. I bet you don’t complain about the second issue.
But in my experience, more often than not, I end up in battles that are really close. Many times one side won with the last few tickets left or even in that last extra minute you get.
you’re certainly right about the matchmaking being fucked. ive been playing the game for over a year now, and daily for 200+ days. up until the update landed, I felt pretty much every match, win or loose, evened out for me, and I generally felt like I was winning more often than loosing. update lands? im loosing 9 matches out of 10 despite getting 10k+ point games at least half the time. why? because every match, except that 1 out of 10, my team gets one or two gold ranking players, while the enemy gets 4, sometimes 5 gold ranking players. this is on Normandy, I play as Allies, and this has legitimately been like 35/40 battles ive had since the season reset alone. im getting tired of it so quick.
