Disguised German special forces

In ww2 special units such as the “Brandenburgers” used tactics where they disguised as enemy troops. For example:

case in which Germans disguised as Soviets

Case in which Germans disguised as Americans

So I suggest:

• a event German gurilla squad be made that in soviet campaigns wear NKVD uniforms and uses soviet voiclines in soviet campaigns, (the pre existing NKVD uniforms could be reused) and in USA campaigns wear the standard American uniform for that campaign and use American voiclines.

•Uniform the squad would wear in soviet campaigns:

•As for USA campaigns they’d just wear the default assulter squad uniform.

•this squad would also have access to soviet and usa customisation in appropriate campaigns

•the squad should use the mp760/2a or mp760/2r (captured m1928a1 Thompsons) both are the same gun but the name just depends on whom the gun was captured from.

Stats of their gun:

NOTE: THIS SQUAD SHOULDN’T BE REFERRED TO AS “THE BRANDENBURGERS” OR HAVE ANY ASSOCIATION WITH ANY IRL SS UNITS AS THIS WOULD BE AGAINST CENSORSHIP IN ENLISTED.

They are not Brandenburgers.

New premium squad is Werewolf.

This is unrelated to the recently announced premium squad. This is my own event squad suggestion.

Then change topic.

Change topic to what?

Maybe Don’t add this squad in game?

I mistaken your suggestion was related with new premium ‘gurilla’ squad.

Wait I mistaken that your topic is suggest disguised squad in game.

Sorry for my mistake.

A New Infiltrator Squad? Consist of 2 Soldiers, and Its Main Weapon Can only be Bolt Action with a Lot of Mines and TNT Load, Wears Something Similar to Enemy Uniforms

It’s almost like there is already a Guerilla squad that uses captured SMG…

But not this captured smg, nor does the pre existing one use enemy uniforms or voiclines.

And the worst of all is that it can be any of us

He could be you! He could be me! He could even be…

I still think it’s a bad idea to depict actual war-crimes in the game, so no thank you.

The Ersatz M10 squad wears American tanker jackets though.

Indeed, but it’s a bit unclear rules wise if those jackets constitute a part of the uniform or a accessory, so it’s a bit blurry but more importantly blurry enough to get away with it (if not in court at least in the game).

Well what if the squad just wear the U.S. army G.I jacket only? That wouldn’t cause too much problems, right?

Perhaps, I’d need some concept art to give a clear answer. A good compromise would be patches or armbands on the jackets, clearly denoting allegiance.

On this topic though, I remember reading about a SAS unit infiltrating a town in North Africa by driving a captured German vehicle through a enemy checkpoint, they still wore British uniforms but apparently their German was so convincing that they were allowed past anyway.

That’s hilarious :joy:

Something like this is what I’m thinking about (Sorry for bad quality)

Ah, I see got it.

Then, as it looks right now, no. Those jackets would probably be recognized as part of the uniform, but again if we slapped on a couple of armbands and a patch on the front there’d be enough plausable deniability there.

Funny thing with this would more likely be representing the late war lack of uniforms for Germany, as they historicly did appropriate/alter foreign uniforms/gear, rather than nessesarily as a attempt to infiltrate the enemy (yes they did that too of course). But in the end it would all be up to the individual players headcannon on what is actually going, which I actually preffer.
