In my understanding, there are two possibilities:
The improvement of EXP bonus cards has not been resolved. Some time ago, the helpers and developers mentioned that the bonus cards are planned to be adjusted to non-instant effect.
For the Veteran Box, as in War Thunder, everyone knows that there must be a super large proportion of bonus cards in the box. If the problem of the bonus card taking effect immediately is not solved, especially the silver coin oligarch players and some players who pay for silver coins will boil.
Previously, the dev of the Veteran Box mentioned that the prizes in it mainly include past event prizes. Among them are legions, weapons, soldiers, avatars, decals, and decorations. There are similar boxes in the special servers of the East (gold card weapon boxes and prem legion boxes)
Maybe when integrating these contents, the developers encountered difficulties that were difficult to solve?
For example, how to design and distinguish boxes according to different rules?

For veteran boxes, I don’t like anniversary/holiday boxes like wot and woss and too many themed boxes.
I hope to exchange pure silver coins for boxes with past event rewards and gold card content. Boxes with daily tasks/pass rewards are also acceptable.
In War Thunder, there is a market and trading cards. I hope this function can be completed in enlisted as soon as possible. And it can benefit old players.
TBH it is probably because they usually release news about the stuff when they are preparing to release it on the next update. We still don’t have much news on some other stuff that is labelled almost complete on the roadmap. Not to mention they are still releasing dev blog for the upcoming major update.
Well I doubt they really care, they literally change the battle pass to force you to get multiple reward at a time.
That is the stuff that the people who run the Chinese server should think about.
I expect the veteran’s box to be a silver sinkhole, I feel like the chances of getting something good will be super low.
They might divide the prizes into a different set for different boxes that rotate out of availability after a fixed duration. There are a lot of events squads and weapons, having all of them as prizes in one box would reduce the chances of getting what you want.
I don’t like the loot box option … I would much rather see a veteran shop that I can buy the thing I want. For events, just make it so we can re-activate events that are 6 - months old or older that we havent completed, replacing major rewards with idk, gold orders if we already have that squad / major reward if needed. Cap at 1 legacy event active at a time. That way you still get the value of doing the event for the reward and the event squad means more for the accomplishment of completing the event.
