Rather than punishments, encouragements should be the solution.
The problem why people do suicide crashes is simply because its faster to do a second run.
You need long to get to your reload point - what if you had two of those? Instead of turning around which takes very long, you simply keep flying and reach your second reload area?
More frequent bombing runs will increase plane effectiveness - which gives reason to finally add a full AA vehicle lineup.
2 seconds of delay between dropping bombs/launching rockets would definitely fix all of the toxicity generated by aircraft spam.
This is hands down, the best suggestion so far to fix the issue.
i find this suggestion absolutely terrible. you are punishing regular players for something minority does.
people suicide bomb cause plane cycling is more effective than reloading. so you just need to make it worse solution than keeping the plane and reloading.
like making initial spawn much further away than reload point. or adding separate vehicle respawn timer penalty for every plane/vehicle you died in (10 seconds per every vehicle you died in). so effectively you could spawn as infantry in 10 seconds or as another plane in 10 seconds+10seconds*number of deaths in vehicle.

I also don’t want to constantly fight vehicles when I’m trying to play infantry. I would say 70% of my last game was spent just killing the never ending spawn of tanks. The other 30% was placing rallies/spawn trucks, with a bit of killing enemy rallies. No real fire fights… No time for me to play a vehicle without the whole team being over ran, because I’m the only one doing these things.

Id be more up for Airfield starts or just spawning much further away, Will make suicide cycling non efficient and weed out anyone that gets bored quickly.
Just place a small number of anti-aircraft machine guns or anti-aircraft guns with spread capabilities on the map
And increase the range and damage of anti-aircraft firepower
It can even automatically attack like an aircraft carrier in the Pacific.
As long as these facilities can be destroyed, the experience of the aircraft will not be affected.

Cant really make that statement for something that doesnt exist yet. The only driving problem for what currently exists, is going into the AA Carrier zone in the first place.
I mean they still havent got the balance between bots being too bad or too good (something there will always be a player split over). Bot AA would be the same. It has been toyed around with alot in warthunder over the years and it generally comes back to PVE AA anywhere else but over the airfield is pretty shitty
The current AI of the ground attack aircraft in the game should be okay.

This depends on your plane’s best turn speed and your distance to the AA, as well as how the rudder affects your plane (which varies greatly between them).
I have personally made the experience that larger planes are a free kill for AA cannons if they wait until the plane is close enough, and have since returned to planes with better mobility. Having AA on the map by default could only happen if we finally got bomber sights and indicators, to actually utilize altitude against them.
