[Discord] Add a Croatian voice channel hr-croatian or an vc for the balkan area bl-balkan

Dear staff,

I have pretty much said it all in the title, it would be really nice if you would add a Croatian voice channel, if not croatian then atleast a balkan one for the countries that were in the Yugoslavia. I think that would be convenient because of two reasons; the croatian and balkan part in the world wars were pretty important(partizans, Yugoslavia) and the second reason is that you have balkan people in the community.
