The 60 FPS limit in the menu screen is rather annoying for those who have a monitor with a refresh rate higher than 60Hz (Mine is 165Hz and it can sometimes irritate my eyes because of them having to re-adjust to the lower FPS)
Could there please be a way to disable this in the settings?

idk why i smell BS. for 60 fps to hurt your eyes in relatively static menu…

I never said tat it hurts my eyes, I’m just saying that its a bit annoying
you said it irritates your eyes which i find BS cause you are basically watching static picture(with few minor animations) in menu. unless you are having some shit monitor that flickers you shouldnt notice any difference between 30, 60 or 200 fps for static picture. this is purely psychosomatic.
also it is better to have limit in basically unimportant part of the game. just check what happened with new world and unlimited fps in menu.

There should be an FPS cap but adjustable through settings. Trust me 60hz is trash and glaringly annoying on a 144hz screen. Very minor but not unreasonable an ask

i 100% agree when actually playing game, motion is much better depicted with 75+ or 100+ fps on higher refresh rate monitor. but i dont believe that you can actually notice any difference in menu where you dont have much motion and most of the picture stays the same.
refreshing same picture 1 time per second or 1000 times per second when picture doesnt change wont make any difference unless you have noticeable screen flickering when that refresh happens.
Look at fps when flying, it’s double.
