Difficult to control a plane with joystick

I use a: CH Products FighterStick, Pro Thorttle and Pro Pedals.

For some reason, it is very difficult to control an aircraft with a joystick, it feels like the joystick has too much “inertia”, in IL-2 Great Battles I have no problem. I have the same problem in War Thunder, I can’t remember how I solved it, but I think in War Thunder I can control that “inertia” in the joystick

Also, this game needs Track IR support for this game, very difficult to see the world without track IR.
