The only thing stopping me from using the M1928A1 as much is the lack of open sights. I prefer open sights on any automatic weapon, SMGs in particular, as it’s better suited for the range of engagement that they typically fight at. However, I prefer rifles, semi autos and bolts, to have ring sights. I mostly just use the lanchester at BR III, which is fine, but the M1928A1 would be much better.
The PPD used to have open sights, I’m sure they can make the M1928A1 open sights as well. I really like the sight picture of the M21/28, but I haven’t unlocked it yet.
