Different severities of infantry extinguishing themselves; Stop, drop, and roll

The time and animation for extinguishing the flames on soldiers should be more similar to the medkits, where a soldier with higher health takes less time to use a medkit than a soldier with very low health:

  • A soldier who walks through a burning room should take as much time to extinguish himself as it currently takes in the game, but
  • in cases where a smaller portion of the soldier would be exposed to flames and catch fire, the time required to extinguish the flames should be reduced.

In addition, a feature should be added where if the soldier goes prone in an area that is not on fire, he can extinguish his flames faster than if he were to extinguish them while standing up or crouching.

Oh yeah, imagine falling on to a pile snow in Moscow, or 30$grad campaigns.
I wonder, when the bloke is on fire and he manages to reach the water - such as a river - do fires get extinguished?
