Differences between enemy artillery and ally one

When both teams are using artillery, the area where it is being dropped is marked with a red circle for both teams, which can be confusing since sometimes artillery is sent to a position that both allies and enemies can be near, so my suggestion is that the attack circle of an allied artillery be marked with a blue color instead of red. This is to avoid stopping attacks since many players doubt whether the attack is enemy or allied.

I’ve lost many squads assuming enemy artillery is friendly

Ive learnt if you see two circles, just avoid both areas, the issue I find is when everyone is using bombing runs and your map becomes unreadable.

i always say in the chat

FRIENDLY ARTI on point

no idea if people know what i mean by ARTI

true, I mean one in a million bombing strikes are effective, still Ive been seeing the mused more often now, there has to be a way to re buff them, like just give em a couple heavier bombs instead of them all scattering lighter bombs that nothing on a battlefield that is often got just cover to mostly invalid the strategy of quantity over quality. Maybe even give a pick of 3 options of bomb stikes, a dive bomber wave that might only have 3 planes with limited bomb loads, but they will hone in on vehicles. A similar one as to we have no, and maybe a bomber wave where they carry larger bombs, ie, 8x100kg/8x250lb

I remember when early in the Stalingrad campaign the bombers radio call would sometimes wipe out friendly troops also. Then I found out that was a bug, which was a bit disappointing. Because I always thought there should be a risk involved when bombing the same area your team is holding in and defending, or attacking. I remember watching both teams running for cover, not knowing if the bombers were friendly or not, and that was cool. But most players are so braindead and vengeful they would abuse that mechanic to their own team’s detriment, killing team mates, purposely trolling the factions they don’t like, etc.

But anyways, yes, they should make them distinguishable. Why is that so overlooked for devs? This thread is not the first time it has been suggested before, and it won’t be the last.

Just on this, calling bombing on your own position is such a troll tactic, since it rarely works at driving the enemy off but what it does amazingly well is destroy all sandbags and barbed wire placed down
