this perk work is a simple way. if a soldier get wounded he can stay downed in a way another soldier heal he. and back to fight
this perk do not do what the old drowned perk that make more time to be revived. but it’s interesting have both o they to maximum effect.
since this new perk uses only one weapon handling skill, it’s a far price to what it does.

I like it though I think it should be by default, it doesn’t make sense soldier without med kit dies instantly, strangely enough if you’re picking up friendly soldier it’s YOURS med pack being used not theirs, if they add more interesting items into backpack slot it might also make medics more valuable too.
Very good idea i always love to give last present with m24 grenade to the last enemy soldier wounded or tryhard
